Refund policy
We have a 7-day exchange policy for defective products. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange if it is defective.
To be eligible for an exchange, please contact us at custcare@aqtelier.com. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once you have received your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We regret to inform that we do not offer refunds once your order has been confirmed and payment made. Any refunds made on exceptional circumstances will be subject to the terms and conditions of Aqtelier Pte Ltd.
